1. Appointment Booking
By booking an appointment at The Blade Room, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for pre-payment of future services.
3. Right to Refuse Service
The Blade Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or health and safety concerns.
